Spain Travel Sites, Guides and Tips

There are thousands of Spain travel sites. Not strange if you take into account that Spain is one of the most visited countries in Europe? It receives 50+ million international tourists every year! Most of them come over looking for the sun and our amazing coastline, to taste the delicious gastronomy and to enjoy its variety of traditions and landscapes.

It is impossible to sum up all things you can do and the places you can visit in a couple of paragraphs. While most of the tourists spend their time in Madrid and Barcelona, Andalucia gathers the Spanish image everyone has in mind: flamenco and bullfights. But there are many more hidden corners a large majority miss.

Galicia, in the north, is home of the pilgrims. Every year thousands of people gather at Santiago de Compostela after accomplishing a pilgrimage 1,000 years old, the Camino de Santiago or St James Way. Castilla-Leon is full of castles and ancient forts that will make you travel back to the Middle Age. La Rioja is the most famous winery region of the contry and it competes directly with Bordaux (France) and Toscana (Italy).

And if you are looking for paradise, have a look at the astonishing beaches of the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands.

Don't miss it. Because Spain is different.
