The Seville airport (aeropuerto) is also called San Pablo. It is located 10 km (6.2 mi) northeast of the city and it handles around 4 million people per year.

I love airports, call me weird but I can't help it. I like this one very much because it is not one of those huge infrastructures (such as Madrid Barajas airport or Barcelona El Prat) where you have to walk forever, everything is far away and hard to find. The Seville airport has been renovated recently and it offers a good range of services for its medium size.
Obviously its main advantage is that delays happen less often than in major hubs (don't think your flight will be always on time though...). And your baggage is delivered pretty fast.
Seville airport (IATA code: SVQ)
Address: A-4 highway km 532
Telephone: 954-449-000
The terminal is open from 4am to 1.30am all year round.
The Seville airport offers Wi-Fi high speed internet access. Unfortunately you'll have to purchase a card to do so. The fare is 5.50 euros for 1 hour. Not cheap... :-(
If you need to buy a zip-top clear plastic bag to put all your liquids and gels you can do it at the pharmacy, the newsstand or the plastic baggage wrap protection stand.
You have 3 stands of information:

Finally, if you want to know if a flight is departing or arriving late you can have a look at Flight Status or at AENA.
There is a municipal bus (managed by Tussam) linking the city with the Terminal. The line is called 'EA'. Depending on the traffic the journey can last 20-30 minutes. Allow plenty of time on the return trip because the traffic jams can be a nightmare depending on the days and the time of the day...
It has 10 stops and it also links the Santa Justa train station with the airport and with other parts of the city. The final stop is Prado (Avenida del Cid). From this stop one can walk 2-3 minutes and take the tram further into the city center. You can also catch the subway or go to the regional bus station.
The itinerary is the following:
This is, by far, the cheapest way to go from and to the Seville airport. The single ticket costs 2.40 euros and the return ticket 4.20 euros, although it's only valid for one day.

TIP: This table is in military time, commonly used in Spain and throughout Europe. What does it mean? Well, from 12pm on you have to calculate 12+Xpm to convert it to the next. For instance, 1pm is 13:00 (12+1), 5pm is 17:00 (12+5) and so on.
As you can see, the bus frequency changes depending on the time of the day. For example, a bus leaves the terminal on weekdays at 9am, 9.15am and 9.45 am.
There are 2 public parkings at Seville airport. One has 886 spots and the other one 948 so there's always plenty of room.
The fares are calculated on a minute basis. The first 30 minutes will cost you 50 cents approximately. The second half hour will be 75 cents. There is a maximum of 14.65 euros per day for the first 4 days and then 11.65 euros from the 5th day on.

There is a bunch of car rental offices at the Seville airport terminal. You can choose between AurigaCrown (my favorite one for its cheap car rental rates and the good service!), Avis, Europcar, Hertz and National Atesa. Other low cost companies such as PepeCar are located outside the airport facilities.
If you decide so, you can book a private transfer from the terminal to the city (or vice versa). This is a very comfortable option but you'll have to pay a much higher price than for a cab (needless to say the bus).
There is a flat fare of 21-24 euros (30 euros during Semana Santa and Feria de Abril) between the Seville airport and any destination within the city. The fare depends on the day of week and the time of the day or if it's a public holiday, but expect to pay more or less that amount. Besides, if you go to the outskirts or any other address outside Seville (i.e. the suburbs) the fare will be increased.
Make sure that you are NOT charged an extra fee for each piece of luggage, the flat fare includes it.
Unfortunately, taxi drivers in Seville have in general a very bad reputation. It has happened to me more than once that they have tried to scam me in several ways, especially when selecting the route (always the longest one...). It's almost a reflex, once I get into the taxi they realize that I'm not Sevillian because of my accent and they try to take advantage of it.
I definitely NOT recommend them. Unless you are in a hurry or you have no other option because your flight has been delayed and you've landed at 1am, avoid taking a cab! If your accommodation is in the city centre, I recommend you to take the municipal bus (line 'EA' that I mentionned above), descend at Santa Justa and then, either catch another bus or a taxi at the station surroundings. If you take it at the station itself, you'll be charged 1.29 euros and 0.45 euros per suitcase.
